 Brookwood Chorus Families, As second semester comes to a close, I wanted to draw your attention to a few things. Despite the additional DLD day of December 6 (and after discussion with Brookwood's administration) we WILL have our concert on December 6 as scheduled. Congratulations! Kudos to our Cantabile(4th) and Forte (5th) singers on a wonderful concert last week! Holiday Concert Who: ALL chorus classes (required/test grade) What: Five Forks MS 8th Grade, Crews MS 8th Grade, and Brookwood HS Combined Choruses When: Tuesday, December 6 Time: Concert starts at 7pm. Call time for students - 5:30pm (stay tuned for adjustments). Where: First United Methodist Church of Lawrenceville 395 West Crogan St, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 We are performing there due to space constraints & venue availability. Attire: Formal Concert Attire Special Note: Please enter via the Sanctuary entrance. Do not use the family/welcome center entrance, as that part of the facility will be used as a polling place. Required after school rehearsals: Monday, Dec. 5, 2:20-4:30pm @ Brookwood HS. Students will be released by class like the fall rehearsal. Chorus Spirit wear for sale! All chorus students will receive our chorus t-shirt (paid for by chorus dues). Hoodies are not part of the chorus dues, and are on sale now for $30 through 11:59pm Thursday, November 17! Go to mypaymentsplus.com to order! Extra chorus t-shirts are available for any parents who would like this year's shirt. Chorus students should NOT order t-shirts through mypaymentsplus unless they want an extra. Shirts are $16, and the deadline is also 11:59pm Thursday, November 17.
Friendly Feast
Chorus Friendly Feast is Thursday, December 8 @ 6:30pm in the Maroon Gym Lobby. Friendly feast is a pot-luck style dinner just for chorus students, along with a holiday cookie decorating contest. Each class is assigned a type of dish to bring. Dish/drink sign ups will be posted by Thanksgiving Break on google classroom. Comments are closed.
