Spring Show Update

Our spring show will be before you know it!  There are a few items for students and parents to complete prior to next week.  You do not need to print or return any forms to the school - everything is done digitally.  The field trip packet/permission form and emergency contact information will be completed via mypaymentsplus.com.  Please note that there is no charge for this event for students or audience members.


The Spring Show & Dress Rehearsal will be held at the Lawrenceville Lawn:
210 Luckie Street, Lawrenceville, GA. 30046


April 29: Dress Rehearsal, 4-6pm (Check in between 3:45pm and 4pm)
April 30:  Spring Show, starts at 6pm.  Check in between 5:15 -5:29pm; call time is 5:30pm. 


1.  Read the Field Trip Packet here
2. Students should select in-person or digital performance - this was done in class today at this link. (4/14).
3.  DUE APRIL 22:  All students performing in-person MUST have their parents complete the field trip form on mypaymentsplus.com.   See below for an image of where you can find the form, located under field trips.

Even though tickets are not being sold for this show, we still need your financial support!  Please click here to donate to the Brookwood Performing Arts Boosters and give to the Brookwood Chorus!  Make sure to select "Chorus" in the drop down menu.  Donations will be used to offset our spring show performance fees, like sound equipment and the outdoor stage rental.  We are using this outdoor space to give our students the ability to perform for an in-person audience for the first time since March of 2020.
